Love the folks here. Our cat boards here from time to time and he always gets amazing care. The other day when I came to get him, I saw my cat put his front paws around the staffer's neck to hug her before she put him in his carrier.

Always excellent communication when he's there. It's just so nice to have that peace of mind - that I don't ever need to worry how he's doing.

My schnauzers love this place!! They go to daycare once a week and we board there whenever we are on vacation. They are always excited when we get there and it is nice to know they are well taken care of.

My dogs are my family, my children and most people don't understand that with pets, Orrville pet spa does. They understand how hard it is for some to leave their pets and they made my dogs feel all the love possible. Will always use them from now on.
