What are the benefits of sending my dog to daycare?
Your dog will enjoy supervised play and socialization, which helps improve their social skills and overall well-being. They will get ample exercise, mental stimulation, and attention from our trained staff ensuring they are happy and content, and best of all, you get the peace of mind knowing they are being loved and properly taken care of.
How are the dogs separated or grouped at daycare to ensure their safety?
Dogs are carefully separated or grouped based on size, temperament, and play style to ensure their safety and well-being. This allows them to interact with dogs of similar energy levels and play preferences, reducing the risk of any conflicts or accidents.
Do I need to make a reservation?
Yes, reservations are required for lodging, daycare and grooming. We do offer same day reservations for lodging if your dog has the required vaccines.
What happens during closed business hours on the weekend?
Our staff is still here Saturday and Sunday taking care of our overnight guests! Our receptionist are off for the weekend, but you are more than welcomed to call and leave a voicemail, we will return them Monday morning.
My dog takes medication. Are you able to give it to them?
Yes, our staff is fully trained to administer medications! We will go over any instructions for the medication when you drop them off for their stay with us!
What are your hours for drop-off and pick-up?
For our lodging clients we ask that you are here during the times of 7am-3pm Monday through Friday. We have prepaid departures on Saturday and Sunday between 5pm-6pm only.
For our daycare clients we ask that you drop off between 7am-9am Monday through Friday and pick up before 6pm!
Can I tour the facility?
Yes! We offer tours of our facility every day of the week, no appointment needed. However, we do recommend coming between the hours of 9 AM and 2 PM as the early morning and evening hours can be quite busy with arrivals and departures.
How are conflicts or aggressive behavior between dogs handled?
Our staff members are trained to recognize and manage conflicts or aggressive behavior between dogs. They intervene promptly and appropriately to prevent escalation and ensure the safety of all dogs. We prioritize positive reinforcement and redirecting behavior to promote a harmonious play environment.
