The Orrville Pet Spa and Resort is the perfect location for you to lodge your pet while you’re away. Space can be limited, so make your reservation today. We offer in-depth specialized care for every pet that stays with us. We also offer luxurious accommodations that allow you to watch your pet 24/7 via webcam.  We have an open door policy regarding tours of our facility. Stop by anytime between 7am-3pm and we'll show you around!

Special Needs Services

Our professional staff is available to care for pets that may have special needs. This may include more frequent monitoring, a more detailed treatment schedule, special diet considerations, diabetics, or any other needs. Contact our office for more information.

General Information 

Rates are charged per day. Any pets picked up before noon Monday-Friday are not charged for that day. We offer departures on Saturday and Sunday between 5pm-6pm. You will prepay for weekend departure stays upon drop off.


A second pet or more from the same family in the same boarding accommodation will be discounted 30%. Pets must get along and exhibit proper behavior to be housed together. If not, they will be housed separately at the full rate.

Kitty City

Our feline guests enjoy a private, quiet, climate-controlled room separate from our canine guests. Each guest has an individual condominium. Cats are given exercise time in the special play room that includes climbing toys, a window vista of the bird feeder in the outside yard, and a view of the front lobby activities. Our web cam overlooks the Kitty Condos. TV is left on throughout the day for your cat to enjoy. We can also use Hill’s Science Diet food formulated for your cat’s health, for an additional fee.

Garden Villas

The Garden Villas are cage-free, bright and airy with floor to ceiling glass windows and doors that allows our overnighters to look our into the vibrant flowers. With all natural lighting, multiple views outside and a bed big enough for all sizes, they provide the ultimate comfort and relaxation for all guests. All guests receive three outside walks per day and twice on Sunday, one TLC playtime - a 10 minute one-on-one playful interaction with your pet that includes a 4th potty walk, along with a Doggy Dessert - a frozen yogurt and peanut butter cupcake made in house. The room has a TV big enough for movie night, and heated and cooled floors depending on the season. Clients have no fear because you will have 24/7 access to their room via webcams!

Sweet Dreams Vista

The Sweet Dreams Vista provides an 11x18 private bedroom with television, a full size bed, chair, web cam (you can view your pet on the internet from anywhere, at anytime) and lots of daily attention. This room gets plenty of natural light with its large window overlooking the side yard. All guests receive three outside walks per day and twice on Sunday, one TLC playtime - a 10 minute one-on-one playful interaction with your pet that includes a 4th potty walk, along with a Doggy Dessert - a frozen yogurt and peanut butter cupcake.

Sweet Dreams Room

The Sweet Dreams Room provides a 10x15 private bedroom with television, a queen size bed with a pillow top mattress, web cam (you can view your pet on the internet from anywhere, at anytime) and lots of daily attention. All guests receive three outside walks per day and twice on Sunday, one TLC playtime - a 10 minute one-on-one playful interaction with your pet that includes a 4th potty walk, along with a Doggy Dessert.

Pampered Pet Room

The Pampered Pet Room provides a 8x15 room that has a large picture window that overlooks our lobby and gives the feeling of home. It includes plenty of attention and comfort for shy or senior pets that require a peaceful environment. Guests in the Pampered Pet Room will be given three outside walks per day and twice on Sunday, one TLC playtime - a 10 minute one-on-one playful interaction with your pet that includes a 4th potty walk, and a mid-afternoon Doggy Dessert per day. This room includes a couch, webcam and television.

Pampered Pet Lounge

The Pampered Pet Lounge provides a 7x14 room, located off our lobby and gives the feeling of home. This room includes plenty of attention and comfort for shy or senior pets that require a quiet, peaceful environment away from other pets. Guests in the Pampered Pet Lounge will be given three outside walks per day and twice on Sunday, one TLC playtime - a 10 minute one-on-one playful interaction with your pet that includes a 4th potty walk, and a mid-afternoon Doggy Dessert treat. This room includes a web cam, and television.

Sam's Cottage

This cozy cottage is right off of our Woods area and is sure to be a comfortable vacation for your pet. It provides a couch, television, webcam, and private cabinets to hold your belongings. This room also comes with three outside walks per day and twice on Sunday, one TLC playtime - a 10 minute one-on-one playful interaction with your pet that includes a 4th potty walk, and a mid-afternoon Doggy Dessert per day.

Cottage in the Woods

The Cottage in the Woods is a cozy cottage right off of our Grooming Hallway and offers plenty of lounging area. It provides a full sized bed, a love seat, television, and webcam. This room also comes with three outside walks per day and twice on Sunday, one TLC playtime - a 10 minute one-on-one playful interaction with your pet that includes a 4th potty walk, and a mid-afternoon Doggy Dessert per day.

The Suites

The Suites provide the comforts of home in individual private rooms. Each 6x7 room includes a toddler bed, web cam, and TV…just like home. Your pet's favorite cable TV station will provide a relaxing home-like experience. All guests in the suites receive three outside walks per day and twice on Sunday.

The Park

The Park rooms provide a light, airy, spacious feeling of being out in the park. Many of these rooms offer a view of the indoor park and fountain. Windows and skylights brighten up the landscaped park and outside accommodations. All guests in the park are given three outside walks per day and twice on Sunday.

The Woods

The Woods provide quality accommodations that are clean and comfortable. Windows and skylights brighten up their space. These pets are well cared for and are walked twice a day.
