Guest Service Manager

Rachel started working at the Orrville Pet Spa and Resort in August of 2019 as a Doggy Daycare and kennel attendant. She then started to work her way up to a team lead position in 2021. As she grew Rachel then took on the role as Guest Services Manager in 2022. She enjoys the outdoors, hiking and spending time with her furry kids Remi and Dill. Her favorite part of the job is making new relationships with the clients and caring for the dogs like they’re her own. Rachel also enjoys snapping pictures and videos of the dogs to use for the website and social media. She has made so many new friends while working here and can’t wait to see what else is in store for the future!
