Love the folks here. Our cat boards here from time to time and he always gets amazing care. The other day when I came to get him, I saw my cat put his front paws around the staffer's neck to hug her before she put him in his carrier.
Always excellent communication when he's there. It's just so nice to have that peace of mind - that I don't ever need to worry how he's doing.

My schnauzers love this place!! They go to daycare once a week and we board there whenever we are on vacation. They are always excited when we get there and it is nice to know they are well taken care of.

My dogs are my family, my children and most people don't understand that with pets, Orrville pet spa does. They understand how hard it is for some to leave their pets and they made my dogs feel all the love possible. Will always use them from now on.

Five stars all the way! They treat my puppies like their own. They come home tired which is awesome. Lots of fun activities to choose from. They make it fun for everyone!!! I love getting photos - makes my day. They are the BEST!!! Highly recommend

They were absolutely fantastic to board my dog when I went on a month long cruise with my husband. Andy and Ollie were in the best care with daily updates from staff and when we came back it's almost like they didn't want to come home! Thanks again Pet Spa Staff!

My 2 golden retrievers have been regulars at Orrville Pet Spa, Dog Daycare, and the Vet Clinic, and I really am so thankful we found them!! I highly recommend giving them a try if you are looking for a place that feels right at home for your furry friends. We love this place!
