We pride ourselves on providing in-depth specialized care tailored to meet the unique needs of every pet that stays with us, ensuring they feel comfortable and loved in your absence.
Additionally, we offer luxurious accommodations that not only pamper your pet but also allow you to keep an eye on them 24/7 through our convenient webcam services, so you can rest assured they are in good hands. We also have an open-door policy regarding tours of our facility, so you can see firsthand the exceptional care we provide. Feel free to stop by anytime between 7 am and 3 pm, and we'll be more than happy to show you around our beautiful resort!
Special Needs Services
General Information
Rates for our boarding services are charged on a daily basis. To make it easier for our pet owners, any pets that are picked up before noon from Monday to Friday will not incur charges for that particular day. For weekend departures, we offer a convenient pickup window on both Saturday and Sunday, specifically between 5 PM and 6 PM. Please note that you will need to prepay for any weekend departure stays at the time of drop-off.
Additionally, we offer a special 30% discount for any second pet or more from the same family that shares the same boarding accommodation. However, it's important to note that pets must get along and exhibit appropriate behavior to be housed together comfortably. In cases where pets do not get along, we will ensure they are housed separately, but please be aware that the full rate will apply in that situation.
Kitty City
Our feline guests enjoy a luxurious experience in a private, quiet, and climate-controlled room that ensures their comfort, all while being separate from our canine guests. Each cat is provided with its own individual condominium, allowing for a cozy and safe environment. During their stay, cats are invited to exercise in a special playroom designed just for them, which includes climbing toys for their entertainment, a delightful window vista featuring a bird feeder in the outdoor yard, and a view of the lively activities taking place in the front lobby.
For those who wish to stay connected from afar, our web cam provides a live feed overlooking the Kitty Condos so you can check in on your furry friend. Additionally, we maintain a calming atmosphere by leaving the TV on throughout the day for your cat to enjoy. For their nutritional needs, we can offer Hill’s Science Diet food specifically formulated for your cat’s health, available for an additional fee.
Our pricing is as follows: Standard Rate is $28.00, while the Peak Rate is $30.00.
To ensure the safety and health of all our guests, the following cat vaccines are required for your furry friend to stay with us:
- Rabies
- FVRCP (Distemper)
- Feline Leukemia (either the vaccine or a negative test result within the last year)
Garden Villas
The Garden Villas are designed to be cage-free havens that exude brightness and airiness, featuring stunning floor-to-ceiling glass windows and doors. These expansive views allow our overnight guests to gaze out into a delightful array of vibrant flowers, creating a serene environment. Bathed in natural light and boasting multiple vistas, each villa includes a bed spacious enough to accommodate pets of all sizes, ensuring the ultimate in comfort and relaxation for every guest.
Each day, all guests benefit from three invigorating outside walks, enhanced by an additional two walks on Sundays. We also offer a special TLC playtime—a delightful 10-minute one-on-one interaction with your pet that includes a fourth potty walk, allowing for quality bonding time.
To sweeten the experience, guests are treated to a Doggy Dessert, a delightful frozen yogurt and peanut butter cupcake made in-house, which is sure to please even the pickiest of pups. Inside the villa, a generously sized TV awaits for cozy movie nights, while heated and cooled floors provide year-round comfort, adapting to the changing seasons. Clients can rest easy knowing that they have 24/7 access to their room via webcams, allowing for peace of mind during their pets’ stay!

Sweet Dreams Vista
The Sweet Dreams Vista offers a cozy 11x18 private bedroom that is perfect for your furry friend, complete with a television, a comfortable full-sized bed, and a chair for lounging. You'll also find a web cam installed in the room, allowing you to view your pet via the internet from anywhere, at any time, giving you peace of mind while you're away. The room is beautifully illuminated by natural light from a large window that overlooks the inviting side yard, creating a warm and cheerful atmosphere.
Additionally, all guests benefit from three scheduled outside walks each day, with an extra outing on Sundays, plus a special TLC playtime—a delightful 10-minute one-on-one interaction filled with playful moments designed to strengthen the bond between you and your pet. This playtime also includes a fourth potty walk. To top it all off, your pet will be treated to a special Doggy Dessert—an irresistible frozen yogurt and peanut butter cupcake that they are sure to love.

The Suites

To enhance their stay, your pet can enjoy their favorite cable TV station, ensuring a relaxing and familiar atmosphere. In addition to these amenities, all guests in the suites benefit from three outside walks each day, allowing them to stretch their legs and enjoy the outdoors, with a bonus of two walks on Sunday for extra fun and exercise.

The Park

To further enrich the guest experience, all visitors at the park are allotted three refreshing outdoor walks each day, with a special treat of an additional two walks available on Sundays for a more leisurely exploration of the serene surroundings.

The Woods
The Woods offer exceptional accommodations that prioritize cleanliness and comfort for all guests. Their thoughtfully designed spaces feature ample windows and skylights that allow natural light to flood in, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Every furry friend is given the utmost care and attention, ensuring they are happy and healthy. To keep them active and engaged, they are walked twice a day, providing both exercise and socialization opportunities.
Sizes available for these accommodations include: 3×6, 4×6, 4×8, and a larger option of 8×8.
For pricing, the standard rate is set at $40.00 per stay, with the larger 8×8 option priced at $58.00. During peak seasons, the rates adjust slightly to $42.00 for standard sizes and $60.00 for the spacious 8×8.
