“I have been working at OPSR since August of 2019! I started as a daycare assistant and slowly moved my way up to management. You can find me in any area of the building! I spend a lot of my time taking pictures & videos for our social media while also making sure everything is being run smoothly behind the scenes. I am freshly engaged to my fiance Addison and we have two dogs together, a golden retriever named Dill & a mini pit mix named Remi! In my free time I enjoy cleaning & organizing, playing fetch with my dogs & working on my social media content."

“I am one of the lodging receptionist. I make reservations and appointments, take payments, check in and check out clients and answer phones. I have one dog named Millie and 3 cats Sam, Dottie and Ted. When I’m not working, I like to be outside with my husband and two daughters either camping, fishing or taking care of our farm. We raise goats and rabbits for 4H. We also have a horse named Sugar, a Shetland pony named Chip and a mini donkey named Dozer. When not on the farm, I’m found out and about at sporting events as my children play softball, volleyball, twirling and basketball.”

“I have been working here at OPSR for a little over a year. I work in the doggy daycare and the kennel and I love every day of it! I absolutely adore playing with the pups all day, or taking care of them, whatever it may be. “I have worked at OPSR for about one and a half years now! I do a little bit of everything here working in the kennel, daycare and more reception lately. One of the best parts of my job is getting to play with all the dogs and cats, while also getting to care for them and treat them as if they were my own. Outside of work I am currently going back to school to receive my Masters of Biological Sciences. When I’m not at OPSR or doing schoolwork, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, hiking, reading, thrifting, going to Disney and drinking lots of coffee. I am currently just a plant mom, but I love spending time with my family dog Kylo and all of the cute pups we get to see here!’”

“I'm a junior at r.g. drage in the pre-vet program and a member of the ffa. after graduation i plan on attending college to be a registered vet tech. my family owns a small farm where we breed kiko goats and chickens. i have two horses i show, a French bulldog i also show along with my goat "lambchop" at the Wayne county fair. in my spare time, i enjoy hanging out with friends, camping and working with horses."

Bather
“I have been working at OPSR since August of 2024 as the bather and cleaner. Seeing and working with the dogs always brightens up my day! One of my favorite things to do outside of work is spend time with my animals, friends and family. I have a labradoodle, pitbull mix (Gunnar and Sargent) and 2 cats (Odin and Nahla). My faovrite breeds is any type of bully, having a pitbull is one of the greatest decisions I’ve ever made!”

Carl's Jr has been working at the Pet Spa since July 2015. He greets everyone in the building Monday-Friday! He enjoys keeping up Daycare morale and leading the small dogs in the morning sing along. He loves being involved in picture day and is often the Pet Spa's go to doggo for marketing photos. In his free times Carl's loves to go on walks and cooking with his family. His hooman sister and brother are his best friends! He also has an energetic furry brother, Jack.

Dill has been a part of the pet spa fam since 2022 when he found his human, Rachel. he loves getting up early & coming to work everyday to greet all of the staff or giving out a cuddle here and there if somebody is having a bad day. give him a treat or a paw rub and you will be his best friend.

Kitty City Mascot
Ellie has been a part of the pet spa since 2021. Her human (rachels grandmother) passed away and it was a promise to her that she wouldn't be taken to a shelter. the pet spa owner was kind enough to let her live here for as long as she needed. she is the best girl & is currently looking for her own home.
a couple things to note about ellie.. she is around 9, we are not sure of her exact age because she was rescued. she doesn't do well around 4 legged friends but will lay on your lap as long as you let her. no health issues to note, could use a dental in the near future. feel free to reach out to us if you are interested in this sweet girl!
