Using our Online Store

By Jeffrey R. Fink D.V.M.

June 3rd, 2014

Why should you use our online store:

1)  Buy buying from our online store, you are supporting your local veterinary clinic, not a distant group of investors.

2)  You will receive Trusted, Manufacturer guaranteed products (Not always that case with other online retailers)

3)  You can take advantage of Easy Dose It, which allows you to purchase single doses of various preventative medications.

4)  Sign up for AUTOMATIC delivery of medications

5)  Free Shipping on orders over $38

6)  Eligibility for manufacturer rebates on many products (These are not offered through other online pharmacies)

Today is the day that we launch our new  online store.  We are excited that we can expand the number of products that we offer to you and your pets.

Here are the details on How to use the online store:

  1. Click on the following link to go to the store:   My Vet Store Online
  2. Once on the homepage, click on the tab that is labeled "Pet Owner Registration" or on the tab labeled "My Account"
  3. This will direct you to the registration page or to a login page.
  4. Simply fill out the registration form or click on the image "First Time Users Sign Up Here"
  5. Once registered, shop around and either order over the counter products that are available.

Please keep in mind a few things:

  • We are offering an expanded number of products to better serve our clients and to be another option when compared to larger online retailers and local chain stores.  As a result, there are products available that are alternatives to those that we recommend for the best protection and care of you pets.  Should you have concerns or questions about the best choices for you pet, please check our websites or give us a call at (330)753-4114.  We would be more that happy to discuss the best flea and tick products, as well as heartworm protection for your four legged family members.
  • The online pricing is determined by our distributor and shipped directly from them.  We are not currently able to "price match," but we feel that our prices should be competitive.  In fact, we have looked around and many of the items we offer are less expensive than many of the more notorious services online.
  • We are unable to accept any returns of items at our local offices.
