Kayli Benefit

Kayli was diagnosed at the age of 8 with ganglioneuroblastoma. Now, at age 19 she is fighting her disease for the fourth time.  She has endured 4 major abdominal surgeries, removal of 5 tumors, chemo, radiation and countless procedures over the past 11 years.  She currently has multiple tumors and is stage IV.  She just completed a stem cell harvest and is heading to Cincinnati Children's Hospital for a radioactive therapy that will put her in isolation for a few weeks.  One of the highlights of her days is her dog, Baxter.  While she is getting treatment at Akron Children's, he is a regular at doggie day care at the Orrville Pet Spa.  We are so thankful that they take care of her "baby" so well.  You can read more about Kayli at her caring bridge site:  http://www.caringbridge.org/visit/kaylihostetler
