Our professional staff is available to care for pets that may have special needs. This may include more frequent monitoring, a more detailed treatment schedule, special diet considerations, or any other needs. If any guest exhibits signs of illness while in our care, its family will be contacted to discuss treatment options. If contact cannot be made in an emergency situation, care will be provided at the Orrville Veterinary Clinic, Inc. at the owner’s expense. In the rare instance it is necessary to hospitalize your pet, care will continue at the adjoining Orrville Veterinary Clinic, Inc. until he/she can safely return to lodging.

Pick up and delivery service may be scheduled upon request.

Styling
In addition to lodging, our professional groomers provide an atmosphere that allows out guests to relax and enjoy a total pampering experience. Styling, nail trimming, and other services can be scheduled during your pet's stay. Our groomers will provide the style that best suites the lifestyle of your dog or cat. Our Hydrosurge bathing system and spa showers are available to make your pet more comfortable. A full groom includes a bath, coat trimming, nail trimming, anal glands, ear cleaning, perfume, and a bow or bandanna. Styling is much more than just looking good. Routine trimming and bathing improves your pet's health, and is an important aspect of its overall care.
