Pet's Name: Jean Luc - "The Orrville Pet Spa has been a wonderful help for my new puppy and I in the last 6 months, as my husband has been away in the military. I work full time and Jean Luc, my Jack Russell, has been going to Doggie Daycare three days a week. I could not have done it with out them! They have helped me to house break him, they have taught him manners. When we get home at the end of the day he has had his share of social interaction and exercise, and he goes right to sleep when we get home. It has greatly improved his social skills as well. Even if you are noticing a problem with their bowel movements the staff at the Pet Spa will monitor and keep track for you to make sure there isn’t a problem. They also worked with him on sharing his toys. The staff at the Pet Spa is very professional and they have been so wonderful in helping me to train my puppy into a well behaved, well adjusted dog. Thanks for everything!"

My husband is currently deployed in Iraq and it's just me, a baby, a 12-year old boy and a puppy. Pet's Names: Murphy - "I can’t say enough about Anne, and the staff at the Orrville Pet Spa. I have been taking Murphy, my 11 year old yellow lab to doggie daycare since they opened 5 years ago, and he loves it. I‘m not positive, but he may be the oldest in the daycare! It’s funny because he knows which days of the week he goes to daycare, and on those mornings he is at the door waiting to run and get in the car. They really cater to those of us who treat our dogs like kids, from birthday parties, to Halloween parties, to the luau in the summer, not only do the dogs have fun at these events, but we do too. Having the Pet Spa and the Orrville Vet Clinic beside each other is another asset, in case of any type of emergency the doctors are right there to help. Honestly, I wouldn’t take Murphy anywhere else, Anne, Kristen Lee, Jess, Megan and the rest of the staff are like family, and I wouldn’t trust taking him anywhere else."

Pet's Names: Simon - "Thank you for taking care of our cat Simon during our vacation. With Simon being diabetic we were really worried about his care during our vacation. The pet cam is awesome, we could check on him anytime. The staff is wonderful, understanding and caring. Thank you from the Terry family."

Pet's Names: McGraw - "McGraw is a rescue dog I adopted in Feb, 2009. He is my first dog. I rescued him but, he also rescued me! McGraw is a Chihuahua, Min Pin mixture. He is so precious! I had him only six months and was given an opportunity to go away with friends for a birthday weekend. I found out about Orrville Pet Spa & Resort. What a blessing! When I first walked in to "check out" everything, I was amazed at the cleanliness! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I made the arrangements to leave McGraw for 3 days. I had no hesitation in leaving him in their capable hands. I especially liked the web cam. I borrowed a lap top for the sole purpose of being able to watch "my baby." Everything was fine, I just missed him. I would recommend Orrvile Pet Spa & Resort to anyone! When I asked McGraw about "his" vacation, he was kinda quiet--I think he was worn out by all of the fun and excitement!"
